• Best fits adolescents and adults with small wrists
• Approximately 7 inches (17.8 cm)

• Best fits adults with average sized wrists
• Approximately 7 1/2 inches (19 cm)

Large

• Best fits adults with large sized wrists 
• Approximately 8 inches (20.3 cm)
