This piece is first carved out of tufa-stone. Tufa stone is a volcanic stone that is very soft; thus- carving the stone is very easy- as it is soft. Once the mold is carved, molten silver is poured into the cavity. This piece measures 7/8 inch wide and tapers to 1/2 inch. It is made to fit a small wrist that is 6 thru 6-1/2 inch in circumference.
